It's Your Care, It's Your Choice

Hospice and Palliative Care can be provided by any Hospice provider regardless of your primary care provider. To get started, simply make a referral. Anybody can do it, including friends and family.

This premier soirée is one of the Valley’s most exclusive charity events; hosting over 300 guests from around Eastern Washington in support of critical programs, equipment, and services provided by Heartlinks Hospice for the last 44 years.

Heartlinks Hospice Care is a highly specialized and individualized form of care designed to help patients with a life-limiting illness make the most of their final months.

Palliative Care

Palliative Care covers those that are somewhere along the spectrum between initial diagnosis and Hospice.

Grief Support

Heartlinks Hospice provides individual grief counseling and grief support groups at no charge
