Grateful Families Make a Difference

Having a loved one on hospice touches the lives of many people: parents, siblings, grandparents, extended family, and friends. Heartlinks strives to bring compassionate and loving care not only to the patient but also to their extended network of family and friends.

Many of the families that we serve ask how they can recognize Heartlinks caregivers whose kindness and compassion was especially meaningful to them during their time with us.

Our Grateful Families program provides an opportunity to say “thank you” for the care that you and your loved ones may have received. A donation to Heartlinks will help enhance and continue the outstanding level of care our community has come to expect, and ensure it remains accessible to all.

Nominate a Heartlinks Hero

When you nominate a Heartlinks Hero, an employee or volunteer who went the extra mile for you and your loved one, they will receive your note of thanks and well-deserved recognition.

You may also make a gift in memory of your loved one or in honor of your Heartlinks Hero. All gifts will be recognized and are tax-deductible.

Contact Heartlinks at 509-837-1676 to nominate your Heartlinks Hero, or select the "I would like to make a memorial gift" option of our online donation form and type their name.

Share Your Story

The staff and volunteers at Heartlinks go above and beyond to invest in each patient and consider his or her time with us to be a celebration of life.

It is our goal to help you cement your loved one’s legacy by embracing his or her life story and presenting it to others. Please, share your loved one’s life story with us today. We believe that illustrating life’s stories provides peace of mind for families while strengthening our community.

Give a Gift

Heartlinks is a nonprofit organization. Your generosity will allow Heartlinks services to continue to comfort families and the community during unimaginable times, and to give patients and their families the opportunity to live their last days with grace and dignity. Heartlinks has the privilege of saying that no one is ever turned away due to an inability to pay, and that is possible because of the gifts made by our grateful families.

Get Involved

Volunteering your time and skill offers an opportunity to serve patients, individuals, and families during a tender time in their lives.
