Grateful Families Make a Difference
Having a loved one on hospice touches the lives of many people: parents, siblings, grandparents, extended family, and friends. Heartlinks strives to bring compassionate and loving care not only to the patient but also to their extended network of family and friends.
Many of the families that we serve ask how they can recognize Heartlinks caregivers whose kindness and compassion was especially meaningful to them during their time with us.
Our Grateful Families program provides an opportunity to say “thank you” for the care that you and your loved ones may have received. A donation to the Heartlinks Grateful Families Program will help enhance and continue the outstanding level of care our community has come to expect from us, and ensure it remains accessible to all.
The physician, nurse, social worker, chaplain, volunteer, or other caregiver or team that provided your exceptional care will be notified of your grateful appreciation. As always, all gifts will be recognized and are tax-deductible.
Share Your Story
The staff and volunteers at Heartlinks go above and beyond to invest in each patient and consider his or her time with us to be a celebration of life.
It is our goal to help you cement your loved one’s legacy by embracing his or her life story and presenting it to others. Please, share your loved one’s life story with us today. We believe that illustrating life’s stories provides peace of mind for families while strengthening our community.
