Winter Memorial Service
Virtual Remembrance Service
December 17th | 6:00–7:00 PM | Online via YouTube
Join Us in Honoring Loved Ones
We warmly invite you to join us on December 17th for a virtual remembrance service, created as a meaningful space for all who are grieving, remembering, or simply wishing to honor someone they love. Open to everyone and easily accessible through YouTube, this service welcomes family, friends, caregivers, and community members to come together from wherever they are.
What to Expect
During this gentle hour, we will share a reflective reading, followed by a candle-lighting ceremony in which each name is honored with care and intention. As the light of each candle appears on screen, we pause to recognize the legacy, love, and memories carried forward by those they represent. The service concludes with thoughtful closing remarks, offering comfort and grounding as we move into the season ahead.
Check back here, or head to our YouTube page to watch the service at 6:00 PM http://www.youtube.com/@heartlinkshospice
A Space for Connection and Reflection
This gathering is designed to bring moments of peace, connection, and shared understanding. Whether you join alone or with loved ones, you are welcome to bring your memories, your emotions, and your stories. We hope this shared time provides a sense of community and support for all who carry someone special in their hearts.
Year-Round Grief Support Groups
In addition to the annual Grief and the Holidays Workshops, Heartlinks hosts eight monthly Grief Support Groups throughout Benton and Yakima counties. RSVP is not required, and support groups are open to anyone who has lost a loved one, whether or not they were on Heartlinks hospice care.
