SUMMARY:Feelin' Aligned in the Vines: Yoga & Wellness Festival
DESCRIPTION:Join Free Spirit Wellness Collaboration and Free Expression Studio for a full day of movement\, breathwork\, and community at Wit Cellars in Prosser — with proceeds benefiting Heartlinks Hospice Care. \nThe Vendor Market runs 10am–2pm and is free for the public to attend.\nMainstage runs in two parts: \n\n10am–3pm (check-in at 9:30am): Yoga & wellness sessions outside on the patio — mobility & strength fusion flow\, partner Thai yoga massage\, breathwork\, women’s self-defense\, Qigong\, AcroYoga\, loving kindness meditation\, and a sound bath. Full-day admission: $30 at the door.\n3pm–5pm (doors at 2pm): Wellness presentations inside the Wit tasting room — talks on community building\, vagus nerve regulation\, energy awareness\, healing through art\, and guided meditation. Half-day admission: $15 at the door.\n\nNo RSVP required for the free vendor market. Follow the event’s Instagram for the full schedule and pop-up vendor lineup.
